Vesper, which means evening in classic latin, serves as the inspiration for the name of the new Vesper Hotel in Noordwijk, Holland. The hotel, which opened its doors two weeks ago, is considered the first boutique hotel on the Dutch shore and boasts 27 differently designed rooms, including a Scandinavian style white suite with a sauna as well as a ground floor loft adorned with modern and vintage pieces from a flea market in France.

Van der Berg brothers, Michiel and Martijn, worked side by side with architect Bart Akkerhuis to design the minimalist but plush atmosphere. The trio remain loyal to Dutch design with clean lines, classic dutch furniture, and cozy eclectic accessories, but bold colors bring an element of surprise and modern personality to the beachfront property.
