Contadino Heritage

Enfolded by lemon and millenary olive groves in Southern Italy, each detail of Borgo Egnazia Hotel has been carefully premeditated to emphasize the abundance of its surroundings. Using only locally sourced elements in decor and treatments, the 1800 sqm Vair Spa is deeply ingrained in Puglia’s traditions in every corner and feature. The programs are designed drawing inspiration from the ancient folklore and beliefs still firmly present today in the countryside lifestyle – like the feminine-power booster Taranta dance.

Akasha Spa

Healing Architecture

Inside the legendary Café Royal, the glorious lavish temple of the finest society in London, is the minimalist architectural haven designed by David Chipperfield Architects. Coming from the gilded columns and red velvet ambience of the hotels’ common areas, guests are struck with the immediate sight of an ethereally lit Watsu pool. Lean, clean Carrara marble is everywhere and an unusual and fabulously large domed sauna completes the scene of this whimsical urban casket of comfort surprisingly lying right beneath busy Piccadilly Circus.

Monteverdi Spa

Integrated Lifestyle

Bringing the rustic surroundings indoors, with trees snaking through tables and baskets of fruit and fragrant herbs always at hand, Monteverdi Spa makes it feel like there were no walls between your treatment sessions and the Tuscan soothing world outside. The Monteverdi Hotel itself is built using the same inside-as-outside principle: cobbled streets, a tiny church, beautiful gardens and a sociable enoteca give the structure a medieval-village charm and atmosphere.

Les Pres D’Eugenie

Stellar Diet

French small town Eugénie-les-Bain was the favorite retreat place of its namesake Empress, wife of Napoleon III. Today, among many spas rejoicing from the local thermal waters, Les Prés d’Eugénie stands out not only for its revivifying hydrology jets but specially because of the singular diet menu. Owned by 3-Michelin Star chef Michel Guérard – whose philosophy is that food is an integral part of any cure, so it needs to taste good to work – it invites guests to successfully shed pounds while enjoying the art of fine gastronomy.
