New Generation Vegetarian
3 New Places try in NYC Now

Nix

Don’t be fooled by Nix’s entirely vegetarian and vegan menu, they are not pretending to be healthy. Chef Jon Fraser knows how to make vegetables as hearty and fulfilling as you might feel if you ate meat. The crowd is more buttoned-up than we normally like but if you are looking to explore vegetarian in the city you should definitely put Nix on your list.
