For those looking for something different while traveling, this will sound like music to your ears. The first designers Caravan in Tokyo has launched a mobile accommodation project located in several strategic areas around the city.

One of the caravans is parked on a secluded deck in the middle of the Omotesando neighborhood – right between the architectural highlights the area is known for, and in walking distance from Shibuya and Harajuku. Custom built by local craftsmen, the caravan features a double bed, dining area, wi-fi, air conditioning and a modern bathroom. The project’s branding is also innovative and fresh, giving you everything you need for a great alternative to Tokyo’s already ahead-of-the-curve stay possibilities.

The service offers all of the facilities that are necessary to explore the city, including tours and guides that can be booked during the guest’s stay. These trailers are brand new and handmade in Japan, designed for people to experience a unique stay in Tokyo, allowing them to branch out from the typical vacation format.
