Faceless is the name of a current exhibition at the MuseumsQuartier Wien which is dedicated to how we become “faceless” through the virtual world, how we develop it through the media culture and how it manifests in visual art, fashion, photography, advertising and dance. It highlights the fact that we hide ourselves behind masks, manipulated beyond recognition. It finally criticized the media reality with irony. This faceless trend is also linked to surrealism and enable ourselves to depersonalize the subject and place great importance on imagination? And if you want to take part of the second part of the exhibition, here it is!
